The best birthday present
He was definitely surprised. He thought we were just getting a replacement car because the radio is out of our Infiniti. When we drove on the lot, he saw this one and started asking the guys there if we could upgrade to that one. They said it was already reserved. I don't know if I saw you in the office. But I want to thank Midway for an enjoyable rental experience. Owing to an oversight on my side, I mistakenly entered Sept. instead of Aug. when I placed my reservation, but this error didn't prevent Midway from providing me with a friendly and professional service. I had a wonderful experience with Midway Car Rental at LAX. Exceptional customer service! I am so impressed especially because I've rented from a number of rental agencies. In particular, on 02/14/05 in the morning, there was a young gentleman at the office who welcomed me and really took those extra steps to make sure I had a nice rental experience. Someone picked me up from my hotel and then a shuttle took me to the airport. I'm very satisfied
I wanted to write to you to let you know that my experience with Midway Company during the week of December 16-26 was fantastic. Here's what happened. When I arrived at the airport, they picked us up and dropped us off at your company's counter to check out the car and to exchange confidential information. The representative at the counter mentioned that you had specified that if they have a midsize car available to let us have it. The whole transaction was very smooth. It didn't take more than 8 minutes. Two weeks later, I came back and returned the car. My two daughters were sleeping at the time so the representative said just leave them there and he will drive us to the airport with the car. I was shocked that your company would do anything to make their customers happy. By not switching car, they had an un-interrupted nap and saves me a lot of time to not switch the car seats. He didn't take that much time to check out the car and the whole thing was wrap up in about 8 minutes. Overall, I'm VERY satisfied with your company's service. I love the convenience of a smaller company
I do use Midway....like the people and the cars and usually a good rate. Midway at LAX is easier to deal with than going to a big company plus nice people and the one at Burbank is great because of the people and the fact that they will take you to the airport if they have enough staff to do so.
