Renshaw Travel is a Virtuoso travel agency in Vancouver. We specialize in ultra-luxury travel, beyond the regular “high end” travel that many agencies provide. Our clients are Fortune 500 CEOs and wealthy individuals who require the utmost in service.
I have been most impressed with the service that Midway Car Rental offers. More importantly, my clients have been impressed. When our clients arrive at LAX, they do not have to climb onto a rental car shuttle and go to some big lot far away. They are met by a driver in baggage claim and taken closeby to pick up their car.
When my clients arrive by private jet, we can always be certain that the car of their choice, of which they have a wonderful selection, will be waiting at the bottom of the aircraft steps.
Finally, when my clients want a car delivered to their hotel, Midway has it there ready and waiting, and shiny! We go above and beyond for our clients. When I asked that my client’s favorite CD was waiting in the car, Midway had a Sinatra CD sitting on the dashboard when they arrived. Midway makes us all look good.
I don’t hesitate to book my clients with Midway Car Rental and have recommended them to my colleagues. My only disappointment is that they don’t have locations in other major US cities to my clients could be as well looked after as they are in Los Angeles.

I had a wonderful experience with Midway Car Rental at LAX. Exceptional customer service! I am so impressed especially because I've rented from a number of rental agencies. In particular, on 02/14/05 in the morning, there was a young gentleman at the office who welcomed me and really took those extra steps to make sure I had a nice rental experience. Someone picked me up from my hotel and then a shuttle took me to the airport. I wanted to write to you to let you know that my experience with Midway Company during the week of December 16-26 was fantastic. Here's what happened. When I arrived at the airport, they picked us up and dropped us off at your company's counter to check out the car and to exchange confidential information. The representative at the counter mentioned that you had specified that if they have a midsize car available to let us have it. The whole transaction was very smooth. It didn't take more than 8 minutes. Two weeks later, I came back and returned the car. My two daughters were sleeping at the time so the representative said just leave them there and he will drive us to the airport with the car. I was shocked that your company would do anything to make their customers happy. By not switching car, they had an un-interrupted nap and saves me a lot of time to not switch the car seats. He didn't take that much time to check out the car and the whole thing was wrap up in about 8 minutes. Overall, I'm VERY satisfied with your company's service. I love the convenience of a smaller company
I do use Midway....like the people and the cars and usually a good rate. Midway at LAX is easier to deal with than going to a big company plus nice people and the one at Burbank is great because of the people and the fact that they will take you to the airport if they have enough staff to do so.
