IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE MIDWAY CAR RENTAL SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THE MIDWAY CAR RENTAL INFO TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM. BY SIGNING UP FOR THIS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS and you expressly consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages, as applicable, from Midway Car Rental (“MRAC”), and others texting on behalf of MRAC, including text messages made with an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”), at the telephone number(s) that you provide.
You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency may vary. By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 18.
MRAC, through third-party service providers, may use an autodialer to deliver text messages to you. MRAC text messages are intended to provide you with marketing and promotional information regarding MRAC Cookies and other information about the MRAC.

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with MRAC text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. MRAC does not impose a separate fee for sending MRAC text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number that texts you to stop receiving MRAC NEWS ALERTS from MRAC (you will receive a confirmation text).

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying MRAC immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify MRAC of a number change by contacting us here. https://www.midwaycarrental.com/contact/
You agree to indemnify MRAC in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify MRAC if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of MRAC text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of MRAC control, and MRAC is not responsible or liable for issues arising from such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).
We may modify these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. You should look at the Terms regularly. Your continued opt-in to receive messages from MRAC following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you wish to opt out receiving communications from MRAC under the updated Terms, you may text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number that texts you (you will receive a confirmation text).
