CITATION AND CLAIMS FAQs
A: Pay the agency now or at least before the due date on the ticket and inform the staff when you return the rental vehicle and/or email [email protected] of the citation and the proof of payment. If you do not pay the agency immediately and our corporate office gets the citation notice, your credit card will get charged for the citation/violation plus an additional $50 admin/processing fee.
A: Our vehicles are registered with an account through Fleetit.co and the account gets charged immediately. Depending on the toll that you traveled on Fleetit.co will let us know within 30 days of travel of the violation.

A: Our corporate office receives 1000’s pieces of mail, they have to get sorted, opened, reviewed, and researched to identify if it is a citation or others. Our terms and condition states “without prior notification” since it is nearly impossible to reach out to each renter per citation mailed.
In the Greater Los Angeles Area, the city will likely impound the vehicles due to un-paid multiple parking citation thus we do our very best to clear it all up so that current/future renters will not suffer or get inconvenience due to an oversite from our previous customers.
A: Inform the staff at the rental counter and/or email [email protected] of the situation prior to starting your administrative review. Most administrative review must be received by the agency within 21 calendar days of receiving the citation and most cases the fine has to be paid to the agency before moving forward to the administrative hearing. When you win your case, send us a copy of the letters , we will contact the agency to issue us a check and when we receive the check we will refund you.
